今天洛杉磯湖人隊的團隊訓練中，老大 Kobe Bryant 霸氣外露狂譙隊友，責怪隊友表現差勁，毫無對抗，軟的跟 Charmin（ 美國衛生紙公司）一樣，難怪會輸這麼多比賽！訓練後，Kobe Bryant 更與總理 Kupchak 大聲抱怨球隊近況，表示這些混蛋對我來說甚麼忙都幫不上！
隨後接受記者採訪，Kobe Bryant 表示，他的所作所為都是為了激勵球隊，為讓隊內比賽更加競爭，希望帶領隊友一同保持競爭力，更表示這對防守他的 Nick Young 是件好事，有助於他更認識我！訓練中，Kobe Bryant 與林書豪的對抗也相當頻繁，垃圾話的攻勢不斷攻擊林書豪與新人 Jordan Clarkson 也慘遭修理，自稱湖人板凳的老大 Nick Young 隨後告訴兩人，不要畏懼 Kobe，要適時反擊！希望經過這次訓練，湖人隊的心理層面將更加堅強，因為過往比賽末段常進入當機階段，重要時刻其他球員常無法挺身而出，任由對方拿走勝利！
No, I was just being myself. I don’t know if it helps them, but it obviously raises the intensity level. It was a tough practice for them…It’s really good for Nick, aside from the fun of bantering back and forth and the trash talk, just fundamentally some of the techniques and things that I use. He gets a chance to really see up close those little tricks.
